As of 8:13 AM, there were over 178 reports of issues. By 5:19 PM, the number of reports had risen to over 519, indicating that the service disruptions were still ongoing.
Customers took to social media to express their frustration and report the extent of the service outage. Some users reported being completely unable to use their mobile phones, while others experienced intermittent service disruptions.
Sky Mobile Acknowledges Issue
